Grade 12
This course provides students an opportunity to receive credit for both Psychology 12 and Psychology 154 through Camosun College. At the moment, we are planning to offer the course inside the regular timetable but may need to consider other options as the course is taught in conjunction with a professor from Camosun College. THERE IS NO TUITION COST for this course, but students will need to purchase the required Camosun College textbook. Topics to be covered may include: the application of psychological knowledge on life span development, personality, abnormal behavior, social cognition, social influence, and social relations to a variety of contemporary social issues. This course is intended for students planning to pursue post-secondary studies after high school and requires a high level of commitment.
