In the Foods 11/12 course more advanced cooking techniques are learned through preparing recipes from many different countries. The course includes the theory and study of cooking, nutrition, and the cultural factors affecting food preparation and choice. Social and economic issues relating to food are also covered. Advanced baking techniques are covered throughout the course.
