The big question is how can we sustainably, ethically, economically and peacefully share the world with 11 billion humans?

Human Geography 12 is a course designed to help students understand the relationships between humans and the planet!  That is focused through the lenses of human development, cultures and nations.  We delve into the connections between living standards, human development and the quality of life of diverse societies, cultures and countries.  Students will be investigating demography (population trends), political actions, industrialization, energy production and the impact these have on geographic regions and the global environment. Students will be analyzing data from a variety of sources which will allow us to better understand our globally connected world.

This is an exciting course offering that is current, relevant and relatable for all students in the 21st century!
