This course meets outside the regular timetable in order to produce a performance of a full-length Broadway Musical from start to finish. There are three separate classes that meet as a part of this course: Cast, which needs to audition near the beginning of the school year; Crew, which anyone can be a part of that designs, creates and run the backstage aspect of the production; Pit-Orchestra, the band, under direction of a conductor, who accompanies the production. The show is performed in early March for the public and requires student commitment to rehearsals, classes and performance dates. Productions will be announced at the end of the previous school year for the upcoming year.
