Pre-Calculus Math 11

This course is designed for students who wish to enroll specifically in a college or university program that requires calculus (such as science, math or engineering). Students must successfully complete Foundations of Mathematics and Pre-Calculus 10 and be recommended by their math teacher to be eligible for Pre-Calculus 11. 

This course may include the following concepts:

The real number system, powers with rational exponents, radical operations and equations, polynomial factoring, rational expressions and equations , quadratic functions and equations, linear and quadratic inequalities, trigonometry: non-right triangles and angles in standard position, financial literacy: compound interest, investments, loans
