Length: 1 school year 4 credits
This course is designed as a continuation of the grade 8 middle school strings course. It is open to any student with a minimum of 1 year of strings experience. It will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7:20 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. and will be a linear course running for the full school year.

This course will continue to develop instrumental string technique. There will also be a component of continued study of music theory and history as it relates to the performance repertoire.
